Bubbles Stuck in Steering Rack. Any more Ideas?

I was having a loose steering wheel problem a fews months ago and in my quest for a fix i changed the power steering fluid. The old stuff oozed out like black muck.

I did so by taking the return line off the reservior (plugged the reservior hole)and sticking the line in a drain pan. then my bro started my car and even though i was pouring new fluid in the whole time, it still managed to stuck some air into the rack. I've tried everything and cannot get the bubbles out. so as i drive around everytime i make a left turn the wheel buzzes/grinds and just sounds bad. strangely right turns are fine.

I've followed shbox's bleeding methods. no help
I've searched the forums and tried their methods including the next one, no help
I've jacked the car up,(engine off) turned the wheels by hand, left and right a million times while looking into the reservior and see no bubbles comming up but i CAN see the fluid moving around when i turn the wheels and i CAN hear the bubbles squirting through the system. still no help.
I've sat inside the car, jacked up, turning the steering wheel back and fourth a million times, both engine off and on. still bubbles remain.

before i flushed the fluid i had no probs with the infamous LT1 PS system. never leaked, just old fluid.
I did find the loose wheel problem,(non PS related) after my ragjoint eliminator kit i never fully tighened the steering colum bolts. DUH.

Any more methods or suggestions to bleed out stubborn air bubbles?
