"Brake" light comes on, need advice

After changing to steel braided brake lines my red "BRAKE" light comes on if I step on the pedal all the way.

Does this mean I didnt bleed the brakes enough or is it something more serious?

Thanks
Oliver

The "BRAKE" light comes on for uneven pressure in the front and rear braking systems, or for the e-brake lever. I've heard of people getting the light, correcting a leak or air problem, and then having the light stay on, since the "balance" switch is stuck in one position. Might want to check Shoebox for the cure. I think you might need to really press on the pedal as hard as possible to free the switch up, but I'm not sure of that.
