big rubber fitting on intake ????

big rubber fitting on intake ????
on the drivers side of the intake right in the middle there is a big rubber fitting that a hard line plugs into. where can i get that piece? bought a intake and it dont have that piece on it. also what is that line for? if i cant find that piece what do i do?
