Battery question

Battery question

okay...so, moving my battery to the trunk
and was looking at using the BMR relocation bracket

bow, using that, I still need a battery box, correct?

NHRA requires a sealed and vented battery box, if the battery is located inside the vehicle. You also need a master disconnect, accessible from outside the car.

That looks like it all.....I got the moroso stuff years ago...it was over twice what that cost and it looks like the same box too.

I ended up using a ford solenoid up front for the starter and looped the GM one to the hot side. Sometimes it would click, thought it was a ground but it wasen't.

Get the BIg disconnect switch too......the cheap one is a pc. of junk, you need alot of surge amps. You will also need a wire for the alt. to run it to the back, when you shut the switch off it has to cut the car off.
