backspacing

I am thinking about getting a set of weld prostars and wanted to know what a good backspacing would be for them. I don't want them hanging out and i don't want them rubbing(with tires, probably BFG drag radials) anyone?

What year car are you putting them on?.... the 7.5" BS mentioned above is for 4th Gens. A 3rd Gen will need 1.5" less BS. Earlier years will also be different. You need to include specific info about your car.... perferably in more detail than might be guessed from your "screen name".

OK... for the 4th Gen, 15x10 w/ 7.5" backspace, as noted in the earlier post. That's what is on my car in the photo in the "Trailer Queen" link in the signature. You could also use 15x8 w/ 5.5" BS, and the outside edge of the wheel/tire will be in the same place.

What's your game pulling up these ancient posts and tacking on sometimes meaningless responses? We have several accounts that have been hacked by an idiot from overseas who posts spam - fake links for quickie dating sites. Starts off with kinda the same approach you're using.

I am not a hacker, the “idiot” part has been debatable 😄. Thanks for the clarification on the backspace
