Exclamation Is 3rd and 4th gen rear wheel backspacing the same?

I'm curious if the rear wheel backspacing is the same for 3rd and 4th gen fbodies. I have 2 of each, and want to get a set of draglites (15x8) and need to know if they can pull double duty.

either 10.5 ET Streets (26") or the 28" variant will be going on them.

If they are not the same, what is the backspacing for each?

Thanks in advance!

3rd gen 16x8" rims = 0mm or +16mm. (front and rear designated)

4th gen 16x8" rims = +55mm

using a 15x8 wheel with at least 4.5" back spacing will work on both cars using the 26" tall tire. if you want to use the 28" tall tire then a 15x8 with 5.5" backspacing will work on the 4th gen. might be close to the inside on the 3rd gen depending on width of the tire.
