Ok, every time i lock my doors it chirps and then my alarm goes off two times and then just stops!! What do i do to make it stop?!

 

what year car? stock stuff or?

 

its a 98 3800 v6 all stock

 

My 01 SS does the same thing. Let me know if you figure it out.

 

Mine did it, so i cut the wires at the little sound thing, cuz i had no idea who installed it or where the hell all the wires were for it (it was a rather crappy alarm anyways). I got lucky because the car actually still starts and runs no issues (AKA i would not advise doing this), might want to take it somewhere that knows what there doing and have it checked out.

 

On the stock alarm system if it goes off by itself right after arming usually it's a sign the shock sensor above the spare tire is going bad. You can try turning the sensitivity down, or just unplug it and see if it stops - if it does that's most likely the problem.

I had to do the same thing last year, never messed with it, never got it wet or anything - still had the factory seal over the ****. Still goes off if the car is disturbed but takes more now, one of these days I'll get a new sensor.

 

Same thing here to. set it and it sounds 2 times but here is my twist it only does it when it has rained and the car got wet

 

just unplug the shock sensor near the spare tire

 

its definitely the shock sensor. mine got wet and did the same thing. bought another one off ebay for fifteen bucks and fixed it
