Will that work in a 1994 LT1 car?

What's up with the "11.8 HP" Claim? How much power will it actually add? Any before/after track results?

An air foil will not give you 11.8 Hp anywhere. Last I remember reading, before and after dyno's was 1-2 Hp tops. I do believe it will help smooth out the airflow as most aftermarket Tb's have them built in.
