Shoebox has a diagram that covers the HVAC fuse. It's for a 95, but yours should be similar:

That just has one layer of the switch contacts shown. I couldn't find the reference sheet for the second layer, but he may have it in his schematics list. It shows the fuse also feeds the rear defroster.
