I dont know man, for the obvious? Since when does anyone care about legality issues? Hell, we all speed on a daily basis (which is illegal) doesnt mean we're gonna stop speeding. I dont really wanna argue it I guess.

Re: Adjust Miles?

Yea, you can rent them at the police station, just ask at the front desk.

Re: Adjust Miles?

First of all how many miles do you have on ur Z?? And second of all the best way to adjust your mileage is to lower the amount you drive it i mean if your that concerned with the mileage than don't even drive the car.. Because the car is 12 years old it is bound to get some miles on it best to just leave the odometer alone. But you do what you want..

Re: Adjust Miles?

c'mon man... how would you feel if you saved up, bought a car, and the previous owner turned back the mileage?

How about if he got a reciept from his friend who owned a speed shop saying he just had the engine rebuilt, but it was fake, and the thing was about to die (but he threw some mystery juice in there to make it seem ok)..

I seriously hope you're kidding (tho its not very funny).. in which case ignore my petty attempts at changing your mind..

Re: Adjust Miles?

I dont drive my car. Only in June-August. 55,000 on it. Just wanna lower it to like 50,000. My buddy has a tool anyways to lower it. I guess I can borrow his if he's willing

Re: Adjust Miles?

So i'm just curious.. why do you want to change it? Just because it can be done? If you're honestly not going to ever sell it (which I find it hard for you to be able to know), then I'd agree with you, and have no ethical issue with it. If you're doing it to beat insurance records, so that you can have a really low mileage policy, then I'd still ethically agree with you, as auto insurance is such a scam. At this point, I'm just curious...
