AC problems: Hi & Lo PSI values?

My AC must of sprung a leak this week and when i checked with my WalMart AC refill kit (Interdynamics) it was showing 0psi on the low side. Also, the compressor refused to turn on. I had to bypass the relay with a paper clip on pins 87 & 30 and the compressor kicked in. I dropped in about 2 cans of R134a and it seems to be running cold now. Its not freezing but its decent.

Anyone know what psi the low valve is suppose to show on a healthy AC system? Also, what psi is the ECM suppose to show and is this the high pressure value the computer reads? Thanks!

Low valve pressure: ~35psi
AC pressure via ECM: 210psi

LOW pressure gauge: When the reading is between 25 and 40 psi with the A/C running, STOP. The system is fully charged and should be cooling normally. DO NOT add any more refrigerant. If the gauge is over 50 psi, you have overcharged the system with too much refrigerant.

High pressure gauge: When the reading gets up around 200 to 225 psi (R12), or225 to 250 psi (R134a), STOP. The system is fully charged and should be cooling normally. DO NOT add any more refrigerant.

NOTE: The high and low pressure readings will vary depending on the system and ambient temperatures (higher temperatures cause higher system pressure readings).

n2ceptor- Thanks! I guess I'll wait a week to see if the leak stopper plugged the leak. Thanks!
