I need a new intermediate shaft for my 94Z and found one out of a 99 Trans Am, will it work?

intermediate shaft?

Do you mean driveshaft?

If so, yes it will fit.
All V8 driveshafts are interchangeable, 1993 - 2002

The intermediate shaft is the shaft between the steering shaft and rack.

It will fit. It's also better than the 93-97 shaft because they eliminated the big rubber grommet next to the coupling which gives you a little bit more clearance for headers if you ever decide to use them.

Thanks for the reply, for about $40 I can't go wrong.
