hi, i have a 96 firebird and the dash pad has been broken for a while ( 3-4 cracks throughout). i have access to a good pad from a '99 firebird. i understand that 93-96 and the 97+ are different model #'s but has anyone ever tried this swap? the pads look the same in appearance. thanks for any help.

 

I think it's different for camaros but not firebirds. The cluster is different but I don't believe the dash pad is.
