96 Camaro ventilation problem
Hi There, Newbie here.
I have sort of been stuck in the 60ies, as far as my Camaros go anyway. Have a few 1st gen Camaros and then recently I thought it would be cool to have a 4th gen, therefore I bought a 96 Camaro as a daily driver.
When I bought it the aircondition and ventilation system was working fine, now after the car has been stored for a short while the ventilation system is stock in a position where it gives air to the windshield and to the feet - no matter the position of the dial. I heard that the default position of the flap is defrost. The dial still switches the aircon on and off as it should be depending on position.
The ventilation flaps are vacuum controlled - right? There must then be a vacuu line from the engine to the heater/ventilation system, but I can't find it (I am new to 4th gens)
Has anybody experienced something similar?
A few pics of my 4th gen. located here in the Philippines, it made its way here through Japan.
Any input appreciated

I have already found the problem, a broken vacuum line near the vacuum box. Where the line runs through the "radiator core support" it has been rubbing against the steel edge - an easy fix.

As mentioned car has been sitting for about a month, and it seems like mice has gotton to it. Found one more vacuum line chewed up, the line passing through the firewall. No spare vacuum lines available here, so I will try to make a temporary repair.
