Yes. If it were me I would try and find a donor car and swap parts.

Ok cool, how do I go about pulling the frame back out? It’s currently digging in to my front passenger wheel. I found a 2001 black Camaro rolling body. How much work to drop front k member and back axle to swap body’s?

A Winch Puller might work.

Check out the Engine Removal Guide Sticky in the LT1 Forum. K-Member, Engine, Transmission Removal.

Re: 95 z28 slip and slide

If you're going to transplant your 95 engine into a 2001 chassis, there will be mismatches trying to connect the 95 engine harness to the 01 chassis harness. Wiring will be significantly different, since the 01 uses a body control module to replace a variety of small modules in the 95.

Is it possible to rip chassis harness out of 2001 and swap it with the 1995? I’ll switch the top end of dash if needed

Anything is possible, but probably a huge amount of work.

If you have damage to the frame, even if fixed correctly, the vehicle will never be the same. If you have insurance, I guarantee they will "total the vehicle" and all you can do at that point is purchase it back with a salvaged title. That type of repair will cost more than the vehicles worth.
I would cut my loses, and purchase another vehicle that is in you price range. JMHO
