'94 V6 Camaro parts car
'94 V6 Camaro parts car
My fenders and front bumper on my 95 Z28 got torn up last week. My car has 235,000 miles on it so I'm gonna start the rebuild project. I know a guy that wants to sell me his '94 Camaro V6 car for $500. His car runs but he said it has electrical problems or something, so it's not drivable. I know all the interior I can use. As well as the body parts I need. Is there anything as far as the drivetrain I would need to keep off the car? Whatever I can't use I'll sell like the engine and whatever else. So what will work on mine besides the obvious?
Thanks,
Shawn
Thanks,

i would think that most of the suspension is usable and if you need any structual parts those would also come in handy to you could use the v6 front springs and lower the front if you wanted to (thats what im doing on my iroc ) as far as i know everything will interchange
parts interchange
As stated lots of useable similar parts. The rear end will work, however the V6 cars are open carrier rears (not posi) although all the hard parts are there and you can use axles, gears, housing, ect, brakes and lca's along with sway bar and panhard rod are also the same. All the lights are same front and rear, fenders, bumper covers front and rear, hood, hatch, quarter panels, rocker panels, doors, interior, mirrors, t-tops if it has them, all the fuses, relays, interior electrical....ect ect.........the engine/trans/driveshaft/crossmember/k-member/engine wiring harness/ECU are the basic differences between a Z28 & V6 Coupe. The K-member holes dont line up with the LT1 mounts if i remember correctly but that is easily cureable! $500.00 is a great buy the engine and trans are worth $500.00 a piece or more to the right buyer. that 3.4 is worth $500 all day long especially if it runs...........the fiero guys love to swap the 3.4's out instead of the POS thats in them from the factory. BUY IT!! Good Luck!!
