I have a 94 Firebird and the headlights won't open. I haven't dug into it yet. I am asking to get a good idea where to start. Neither headlight will open.

 

There is a "module" that controls the headlights. Its mounted on the stock air intake box, behind the driver's side headlight. Looks like a small transformer and has a large multi-pin connector on it. If that fails, the headlights won't open. Or if the fuses blow, the headlights won't open.

The headlight door module is powered off fuses #3 & #4 (15A) in the underhood box.
