94 dashboard

hey guys i just got me a 94 Formula. when i bought the car i didnt notice that the speedometer only went up to 110. I looked at other formulas and they all show the 150 speedo. do u guys know if any formulas came with a 110 speedo or is not its original dash. thnx

Your car did not come from the factory with z rated tires. Therefore it has the lower speedo and a governor on it.

oh alright thnx alot. so the governor is set at 110? or a little higher?

I'm not positive on that one. It should be around 110 though. Do a search and see what you come up with.

The speed limiters can be anywhere from 108-117MPH, depending on the year of the car.

Is your Formula an A4 (automatic)? If so, its likely the car has 2.73 rear gears, rather than the 3.23's that came with the performance rear axle ratio and the Z-rated tires.
