93 camaro driver door switch problem

93 camaro driver door switch problem

recently bought my 93 z28 camaro for my DD and when i got it, the driver side door/window switches were popped out...the whole plastic piece, when i try to pop it back in, it doesnt click in...im figuring something plastic is broke, can someone please explain to me how these pop in? and what the best way to fix this is?

here is a pic ref shbox.com Windowmotor1 and here is a sample source of the bezel http://www.ebay.com/itm/CHEVROLET-CH...#ht_738wt_1394 seems expensive if you can't jury-rig something then maybe search around for a replacement or maybe a scrap yard. Not sure if the clip is replaceable.

So there are little metal clips on both sides of the bezel? That's what it looks like.

My bezel where the metal clip snaps on is broken. The plastic is missing where the clip attaches. You can find them on Ebay and the clips I ordered new ones from the dealer.

Yes, the metal clips are what hold the little panel on.
