I found it strange when I bought my 2001 camaro 3 weeks ago that it had the 35th emblem in the dash. I had already done the carfax so I knew it was a 01 and not an 02. I just let it go thinking it was an insert that someone just put in there. Yesterday I started looking at it and it does not look like something that would just "fit" in there. I know they cut the 01 run short to produce the 02's. Did any of the 01's get he 02 dash?

 

I have seen other wierd things on Camaros. When I was working at a Chevy dealer, we had a 97 V-6 Camaro come in with an anolog odometer. My 97 Z-28 had a digital one. We thought it was a 96, but it looks like it was one of the first 97's.
