An aquiantance has a '98 TA that is described to be an 8.5 of 10 with no dings and great interior with 120k on the clock. I haven't had much time to research what they are worth with that many miles, I know most LS1 cars with under 100k but over 75k miles are going for just over $10k or there abouts.
Going to look at it tomorrow and was wondering if $7k for that nice of a high mileage car was worth it. It also had the A4 tranny rebuilt about 3k miles ago. All else is original except battery and tires etc.

 

It's a fair price, but i'd try for 6500 if its not exactly pristine.
