So if i spray a 100 wet shot into a car already making 350 hp on a dyno will it go up too 450?

Does it matter what car it is on? if its for a 93 LT1 and rustang 2002 4.6

 

No you wont see exactly 100hp gains. You will see less than 100hp/trq gain but you can have the jets tuned so that you get what you want out of it. What wet kit are you using?

 

usually youll see less than rated hp and more than rated tq

You can interchange wet kits between cars... just the fuel jetting will change because different cars have different fuel system operating pressures. If its a dry kit, it probably can't be swapped from a 'stang to an LT1 because of the way you have to boost the fuel pressure in the LT1 to get the injectors to provide the extra fuel when you spray.

When they say its "a 100-shot".... that's just a rough number. The exact gains will be a function of how the kit is installed, line lengths, bottle type, etc. And as stated above, if you don't tune it correctly you may get even less.

 

OK great thanks, i dont have a kit yet but i was thinking of using one to get me into the 11's. after i get the car dyno tuned and running lol

 

My coldfusion kit actually put out a little more than it was rated.
