What size injectors?

What size injectors would be best for a 383, with an lt4 hotcam and stock ported heads? It's got all forged interals. I would like to eventually spray at least a 150 shot as well.

I would guess 42lb would be a good fit for your setup and even higher for a big shot. I assume you are getting it tuned as well.

I've had some recommendations for 42s, i just wanted to get some more opinions. And yes on the tune. Thanks!

Will the nitrous be wet (does not have anything to do with injector size) or dry (may affect injector size, depending on the specific system you use)?

Unless you expect to make well over 500 flywheel HP, which might be difficult with that cam, you could run 36#/HR injectors.

I think you should run 42 pounders. Mainly because I have some that I need to get rid of. SVO's greentops that are brand new never installed. PERFECT. PM me for details. Zach

I would think 36 pounders would have no problem keeping up with that. As long as it's a wet shot.

The 42's are around $300 and allow for more mods and with a good tune they will work perfectly.
