What can i do to increase my MPG?
Have the PCM scanned with data logging software, to allow evaluation of the operating parameters, particularly the things that affect fuel usage, like the long term fuel corrections. If you have a "false lean" condition - misfires, leaks before the O2 sensors, faulty O2 sensors - it will run rich and reduce your MPG significantly.
I'd suggest software, but I would need to know the year of your car to do that. Why don't you add a "signature" with basic info about your car - year, model, engine, trans and any major mods. That will save you the trouble of having to type the info in every post, or making people ask for the information so they can help you.

Make sure the plugs are in good shape and your ignition wires too. Use synthetic fluids wherever possible. Keep the tires inflated to some higher pressure. Make sure your air cleaner is clean although your pcm will adjust for it anyway its still good to do. Also replace your O2 sensors if they are aged. Make sure the intake manifold is tightened and not leaking. Check to make sure the brakes are not dragging. Driving technique makes a difference too.
