Walbro 255 vs. 255HP

Whats the difference in performance and How much power would one be good for? vs the other one

The standard 255lph pump will delivery the same volume of fuel up until about 60psi. After that point, the standard 255 pump starts to die off whereas the HP keeps going.

According to the WALBRO pump data, the high pressure pump flows 1 GPM more than the standard pump, all the way up to 50psi. When you go over 50psi, the high pressure pump will flow significantly more than the standard. At no point will the high pressure pump flow less than the standard pump - it always flows more. So that is not your problem.

You did, I didn't understand how much more it flowed and how it flowed more at high PSI.....but I made this post around the same time

Either way...it was the injectors I got a set of 60# and its alot better now.

Now I have new problems
