Unknown Part under intake elbow

So was checking my oil and came across this (picture will be in post) I am not sure what this is and if I need to plug it, it' hard to tell from other pictures what this is Unknown part

It' pretty lame but I cannot find how to do signature, but I have a 1995 z28 with lt1, longtubes, cold air intake, and I have no cats, long tubes to y pipe, to flowmaster muffler. And like I said its' under the intake

Throttle body coolant pipe.
There is another on the other side.

Look up throttle body bypass mod.

Shoebox has the TB bypass procedure for 95-97. Appears someone already did it.

A vacuum cap on each pipe cleans it up. Not necessary, though.

Dyno tests of TB coolant bypass - 6 free HP.

Modifications #8

Caution for 93/94 owners - slightly different procedure.
