Testing fuel pump relays, fuses, etc...

I have made a few posts about my fuel pump problems (new engine, turns over, but pump doesnt turn on), which many of you told me to check my fuses and relays before I go out and start cutting holes haha.

I dont have the sticker on the fuse box cover inside the drivers side to tell me which fuses are which, so if someone could send me a pic that would be greatly appreciated, that way I can check the fuses.

As far as the relays go, I have no idea how they work, or how to take them in our out. I assume they just pop out like the fuses? There is one located by the clutch pedal that controls the fuel pump like in shoebox's picture. Is the best way to test and see if the relays is bad, is to put a good one in? Should I swap it with the fan relay and see? If its bad can I buy a new one at a dealer or a parts store? Is there another relay located inside the fuse box inside the engine compartment on the drivers side?

Also, what is the deal with the priming connector on the passenger side, near the PCM? What do I do with that?

How do I check for voltage? I have no idea how to do that, I have never played with electronics before.

Thanks for all the help, hopefully we can get this car running this week!
