Restarting car that has been out of commission

I have a 2000 SS and it sat for a very extended period of time unfortunately. I'm in the process of getting it ready to sell and obviously I cant get it to start. I put in a new battery, It won't turn over and the fuel pump prime sounds very weak on key turn.

My request to those in the know would be what would be my best plan of attack to get this car running again? How do I empty the fuel out of the tank and bleed my system?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The rundown:
2000 SS
M6
30k miles
No mods besides air lid and SLP D/D

Thank you in advance

Does it crank OK and not start, or does it fail to crank. If it cranks then I would put a fuel pressure gauge on it to verify correct fueling. http://www.harborfreight.com/fuel-in...ter-92699.html . If FP is low could be corroded connections to the FP. If it does not actually crank then you could have corroded battery to chassis ground connections or +12 connections. You need a voltmeter to isolate , or just make sure all connections are tight. Let us know what you find and we can proceed in that direction.
