I purchased a used Racetronix fuel pump wiring kit that according to everything I have seen online "plug and play". I can't seem to figure out how this wiring upgrade is "plug and play".... I have the wiring harness pictured here:


The factory sending unit for my 95Z has the same connector the racetronix wiring upgrade has that plugs into the floorpan plug however if you plug the harness in where does the fuel pump/sending unit wiring plug into? In the picture they show two extra weather proof connector ends... I assume these are to be attached to the existing wiring going into the tank?

You have to back a couple pins out of the original harness and insert them into the new one
