Powerwire for fuel pump.

Anyone see a problem with hooking the fuel pump up to the terminal, not on the battery, but the one that us mounted on the passenger side innerfender instead of to the alternator?

You can connect where you described, it's just the highest voltage is at the post on the alternator as there is always a voltage drop in the wiring to other points along the "positive terminals".
