Not Starting

O.k. so I hd to do some rear end work on my 93 TA.
Drove the car up on ramps and took everything apart and did what I had to do.
Had to go out of state for a few days so it sat in the garage.
A week later I have everything done and now the car wont start

I have pwr to my MSD box 12.41v!
I have pwr to the ICM at the plug 11.81v!
I have NO spark at the coil to the distributor!
I have NO spark at cylinder 1 !
I swaped out my MSD and put my Accel 300 back in, Nothing.
I bought a new MSD coil, nothing!

If I have no spark at the coil is my ICM shot??
If not what could be my problem??

Did you try flashing the codes on the SES light? Might point you in the correct direction.

Hey Fred, could the optical sensor in the opti just go poof??
I did a Opti & Sparck check from the Shoebox site and from what I can tell I have .9v coming to the ICM.

Yes, the optical sensor can die in any number of ways.... slowly or instantaneously. But that would set DTC 16 and/or DTC 36. Problems with the IC Module should also set codes. That's why I asked about the codes.

Well for some reason my car did flash any codes but the optical sensor was shot.

As many of us, I part of several diferent sites.
Anything from Local Michigan sites to National like this one.
I was given this link by HBHRacing from F-Body.com
http://www.mainstreamtopics.com/foru...p?showtopic=78

By following his write up I was able to trace my problem.
Thanks to Fred for his help also

Harlan post on Jim Hogan's fbody.com site..... not F-Body.com

Those are two different sites.
