my new pump is pissing me off. i can get everything to work just fine, but the the sock wont fit on the bottom of the bucket. it will only fit the bottom of the pump. old sock is destroyed, so i can reuse it.

i thought it would be a easy replacement, but they make it a pain in the *** for no reason. got a box full of stuff but no telling whats what. no instructions. just random parts that go who knows where.

can you get a pump sock from autozone?

my bucket didnt have ribs on the inside. pump fits right in but without the rubber seal on the ring the pump rests on.

im assuming its bad to run without the screen bag sock thingy on the bottom of the bucket.

thats the only thing holding me up right now. and does one of the hoses comming from the top of the bucket go nowhere? like an L shaped hose.
