Lost power

I think I may have tracked down my problem my car feels like it lost about 25 hp and i hooked my fuel pressure gauge to it and when i reved it up it seemed to go down usually when i rev it it would go up is it normal for pressure to go down when reving. I have a little video clip if someone wants to see it

I swear the last time I checked my fuel pressure it went up when I would hit the gas but now it just drops could my fuel pump be going out?

Your pressure should swing from 43.5psi plus or minus a few psi. When manifold vacuum increases (WOT), pressure should too. Under hard decel your pressure will drop to like 39psi.
