how to drop fuel tank?

how to drop fuel tank?

I am getting ready to get my car out of storage and have a RaveTronix FP on the top of list of things to do. I know I could do the trap door method but would rather take the extra time and not hack up my car. Wondering if there are any guides out there on how to remove the fuel tank?

Drop the rear end as far as possible. I unbolted the brake line bracket from the body to give me more clearance. Hopefully your catback comes out easy, getting the exhaust out of the way helps a lot. Siphon the gas out so the tank isn't so heavy. Angling the tank out can be a PITA, so an extra pair of hands helps. You can use this too:
