Homemade twin in tank pump kit?

Does anybody have any instructions for a twin walbro 255lph in tank fuel setup that works with a hobbs switch. Like a parts list and wiring diagram? I just can't justify spending $575 on Lonnies setup when it can be built for half the price. I know he has a quality setup, but I think around $350-400 would be a more fair price.

I think he has a dual in-tank setup.

Sure, I'd be happy to help out with your project, but I don't have a complete parts list and wiring diagram, and I don't think my pictures are still on the web, so I'd have to send them by email or reepost them later. I did some fabrication to my sending unit as well, replacing the 5/16 steel fuel line with dual separate 3/8 lines out of the sending unit to AN adapters with teflon hoses to the filter, etc. I doubt you want to go that far with it - most guys were using existing lines and teeing the pumps together below the plate (in tank) and they had good working systems with plenty of flow. There were originally a bunch of posts with different dual pump builds, and I have kept copies of those photos which are good for seeing different ways to do it and what parts were used.
I got most of my parts at http://autoperformanceengineering.com/
PM me of you have questions or want pics.

No writeup, but some pics.

Running a twin walbro 255lph with primay pump driven off stock relay. 2nd pump enabled thru the stock relay to a 2nd relay with a switch to turn on/ off.
But, no hobbs (pressure) switch. You could wire it into circuit if prefered. Very easy to do.
I run both pumps all the time. Also a KB BAP on pump #1.
Pumps and plumbing stuff/ wiring purchased from Summit. Fab by me.
Hope the pics help. B.

Nice looking setup. Ho much did it cost you minus the upgraded fuel lines? I think my stock lines will handle what I need unless I do E85.

Re: Homemade twin in tank pump kit?

For the sending unit, I'm going to guess about $250 for 2 pumps, rubber hoses, clamps, filters, and a piece of steel line to bend up and solder. The AN adapters - maybe +$35

The rest of the system was expensive, though - AN fittings, Y fittings, regulator, filter & check valves. I got most of the braided teflon line for free which helped, and fabbed up the fuel rails for AN fittings.

I'm going to estimate the whole fuel system at maybe $5-600 for parts with me doing all the fab work and assembly.
