hold up guys, this may be off the subject but i need to ask something here, on my camaro i have a fuel pump in the tank then a fuel pump in line on the frame, is there something i need to know about this, i am catching hell with this car, of corse i'm new to this lt1 stuff

The stock setup is an in tank pump only. An inline booster pump is often added to support power adders like dry nitrous and superchargers, that require elevated fuel pressures. The in tank pump looses flow capacity rapidly as discharge pressure increases. In a setup like this with the fuel pumps in series, both pumps have to operate at all times. I ran an inline booster for an NOS 5176 dry nitrous kit, and it didn't cause any problems with the fuel system - the stock fuel pressure regulator was able to control the fuel pressure, both with and without nitrous being used.

Not sure what "catching hell" means in tech terms, so that's about the best I can offer.
