Fuel Pump Line problem

Fuel Pump Line problem

Hello, i replaced my fuel pump today and as i was reinstalling the bucket the one rubber line the second one from the left fell out and when i looked at the place where it came from there is a little metal tab right underneath the metal line. How does this rubber line attach to the metal nipple with that tab in the way

that is just part of the vent and the hose that goes there just butts up to it in the little holder.

Thank You for the reply, I figured that was it but i didnt want to have to take the pump back out if it wasent. Thanks Again
