Fuel Pressure Regulator.....Bad?

All sounds good. Gradual drops in pressure over time are normal. Rapid bleed downs aren't.

Went out and she fired right up.(within a second) I'm still getting 42psi at idle.Glad to finally get this sorted out.Now,I'm going to put in a gauge just to keep an eye on the pressure. Just have to decide on analog or digital.
