Fuel pressure gauge
The only access as stock is on the back of the fuel rail.
My recommendation it to get a -4AN 90-deg swivel fitting (NOS #17535 or similar) to screw onto the Schrader valve (after removing the valve core). That gets the connection pointed to the side, rather than toward the cowl. Run a short -4AN braided SS hose to a location away from the engine heat and vibration, and put a -4AN to 1/8" NPT adapter on the end of the hose (or get a hose with -4AN on one end and 1/8" NPT on the other) so the fuel pressure gauge (if mechanical) or the fuel pressure sender (if electronic) can be screwed into it.
Here's the NOS fitting screwed on the Schrader valve:

NOS parts, including the swivel fitting, hoses and adapter are available from sources like JEG's and Summit. Anyone who sells NOS components will have them. And you can find equivalent parts from Aeroquip, Earl's, etc.
The Schrader valve is size -4AN, not -3AN. You need a female fitting that will screw onto the male -4AN Schrader valve. If you don't want to use a hose, and just screw the gauge or sending unit right into the fitting on the Schrader valve, you need a swivel fitting that is -4AN female on one end (screws onto the Scrader) and 1/8" (0.125") NPT female on the other (gauge or sending unit screws into it).
