Fuel filter thread size
Only the outlet side of the stock fuel filter is threaded. Is that where you want to attach the -AN line? If you need the thread spec, go to an auto parts store and measure the threads on the correct replacement filter.
The inlet side is a GM plastic spring-clip design - there aren't any threads. If you want to run -AN lines to both sides of the fuel filter, buy a high quality filter, with -AN connections, and a replaceable filter element. SX makes a good filter. I have one mounted in the stock location.

It's a 16mm I believe, here's the part I was needing
But since I didn't check the direction of the fuel filter that isn't gonna work for what I wanna do. Looking to install an inline fuel pump and the threaded side is on the wrong side for what I'm doing...
Soooooo... I found this puppy

but now I need a male end adapter to fit the stock female end quick connect and I'm not having luck in the department trying to find it. Any ideas?

You might want to provide a bit more info on what you are trying to accomplish. Its possible to put an inline pump in without using -AN lines. NOS has a good diagram in there instructions for the 5176 kit. The instruction manual is available online. Otherwise, its hard to understand what you even mean by "I didn't check the direction of the fuel filter that isn't gonna work for what I wanna do. " The stock filter has the spring clip fitting on the inlet side, and the threaded fitting on the outlet side, if I recall correctly.

What I'm doing, exactly, is trying to install an inline fuel pump before the fuel filter. It has not been a painless task with trying to find these fittings. I'm half tempted to get another fuel filter, saw off the male end and weld its onto a stainless AN fitting to fit my fuel pump. Either that or just throw in the towel on an inline and just drop the tank for an in-tank pump. Not a fan of cutting a hole in my floorboard so it is/was my intent to avoid an in-tank due to the hassle of dropping the tank.
