Cranks but won't start..please help

Ok, my car has been out of commission for a few weeks. I ordered all new ignition components because I knew that my coil was bad so I decided why not. I thought that was my problem until today. I have a new Delco opti installed along with new wires, coil, plugs. My car still won't start. The whole nonstart situation happened after I changed out my intake gaskets. Now I am not sure that I am getting fuel to the injectors. I know my pump is fine, it kicks on when i turn the key, and fuel is at least getting to the fuel pressure regulator. I pressed on the shrader valve and very little fuel came out of it. So I am guessing it is the regulator?? I'm lost.

I just used a fuel pressure tester and got "0" psi when the pump primed. I don't get what could have gone wrong during the gasket swap??

Checked for spark also. Still no spark to the plugs. The only part of the ignition I did not replace was the ICM.

I had this issue awhile back and when it comes to not starting first 2 things u should check is for "spark" or "fuel".

A good way to check for spark is to take out 1 of the spark plugs with the wire attached ground it too the battery and as u crank the motor over look for spark through the plugs and it should be a dark blue color if it's orange or yellow check ur battery for being fully charged and if it is then u have a spark issue.

Easy way to check for fuel is just simply spray a little bit of TB cleaner in the TB and if it tries to start up then it's a fuel issue and ud be better off replacing the fuel rail and injectors.

let me know if it helps
