cooling and fuel system

I have a 93 Z28 with a Gen 1 383 stroker going in it. I'm trying to figure out the correct radiator/ cooling system to go in it along with running new fuel lines. any help would be awesome...

What kind of HP are you predicting on the 383? Normally aspirated, or power adder (blower, turbo, nitrous)? Is the Gen 1 engine fuel injected, or carb?

Stock fuel lines are good for 700-800HP (flywheel). If you feel you need a big HP fuel system, read the sticky in the topic listing.

Radiator - again, stock radiator is fine for a 383 running normally aspirated. Add a blower, and then you may have an issue.

Tell us more about the engine.

The 383 has a , eagle rotating assemblies h beam rods forged crank and pistions, Cam/Lifters comp cam Advertised Duration 299/319, Lift .531/.517 Hydraulic Roller, Intake Manifold Super Victor Single Plane Aluminum, Brodix aluminum heads 64cc Chamber, 200cc Intake Runner, mighty demon 750 carb with 533 HP (flywheel) normally aspirated. A buddy of mine said we have to run all new fuel lines and we are trying to figure out about what fuel pump to use. Thanks for the help on the radiator. This is my first project car so any advise would be greatly appreciated. thanks again

With the carb, you need a low pressure fuel system, not the 43.5psi system used in the LT1 4th Gens. I guess that's why you are starting all over on the fuel system. My comments about the stock line sizes was relative to a high pressure fuel injected setup, so ignore the comments about the line sizes.

Thanks again. This has been a major project as far as work envolved and buy all new parts, def a learning experience and headache. What about a fuel pump? what would be the best for this car? I plan on taking it to the strip from time to time but mostly driving around town, def not a daily driver though gas cost too much.
