I would just spring for the extra $ and get a proven to work Walbro unit.

I wouldn't buy it either. In fact I don't even need one. However that's not what I asked.

I've heard of the companies name tossed around a few times and how they offer pumps at such a cheap price. By looking at the pic on the link, they almost have "cheap" looking appearance to them, not sure if I would take the chance with them.

Sounded good to me, and that's what I bought. I wanted a quiet pump, so their writeup (and price) sold me.

No, just got it. It seems decent enough except for the cheesy looking hose. I'll install it soon, but I won't have my shortblock until May, so I can't give running feedback for a while. I'll have more feedback then.
