advice please

i was thinking of adding a 750 or 850 carb (currently running a 650). then i got the idea to add dual 650's. which would be a better choice?

also do you guys know anything about electric fuel pumps? do they make a difference?

Engine class (SBC, BBC, Hemi, SBF, BBF, what?). Rpm range, cam specs, cam specs, intended use, and so on and so forth.
