93 octane with E10 vs 91 octane?

93 octane with E10 vs 91 octane?
How much will my tune be thrown off by switching from 91 octane with no ethanol to 93 octane with 10% ethanol? I'm using a speed density tune. I don't have the wideband hooked up yet so I can't go by AF ratio.
