26.8lb injectors to 28.8lb ???

k, so I'm going to be doing an ls6 intake install on my car and was wondering if it would be beneficial to "upgrade" to 28# injectors?

seeing that my car ( 2000 TA) came with 26# injectors. I have all the mods in my sig + an ls6 intake to be installed, ported TB to be installed + a 40% chanceof doing a cam (maybe heads too) in the future.

Without the heads/cam will the stock 26# max out or am I fine??

You will be fine right now. With a heads/cam package, the injector depends on how big the cam and how much the heads flow. So, you will want to match that up with the injector.

They will be fine, but there is not much "reserve" and if you do a cam you may need larger injectors. It would amost never make sense to go from 26 to 28# though. 28# injectors can support ~25 hp more than 26#'ers.
