would this fit?

http://www.fbodymotorsports.com/inc/pdetail?v=1&pid=143 would this fit on a camaro ws6 ram air style on a 95? how much of a gain was it?

Not positive, but it looks to far to the back of the car. I doubt it will bolt up and work. Of course, you could always fab an alum air pan to make it work, but if you're buying it new, you might as well buy the right kit.

so is it better to just get the k&n cai , like will it gain about the same hp? or a little less?

No, it might fit but would be no where near the inlet in your hood. Not to mention your set that you currently have has a more efficient routing to it. Stay with what you got. BTW this really isn't FI but hey whatever.
