Why no noise?

My supercharger is really quiet now that i put my 6 psi pulley on i used to have the 4.5 and i always heard the blower now i barely hear it could it be because i have headers now with no cats and my heads are ported? I mean shouldnt i hear it a little more since i have more boost just curious

Since the Powerdyne isn't gear driven there isn't really any reason you should hear anything from the SC. I certainly don't hear mine at all. Headers would very likely mask any sounds you were hearing before, especially at elevated RPM's. The SC may be turning faster but it is still a belt drive and not gears meshing together. One of the big advantages of having a Powerdyne (stealth). Of course some may want the noise.

Thanks Mislman, just was wondering if something was wrong i did hear it before but now i dont at all .But your right i guess having headers,ORP,and no cats the exhaust is a lot louder so that would mask the sound thanks again

When I pulleyed up my Vortech S-trim, it got quieter. With it turning faster it seemed the pitch of the noise from the SC went past (higher frequency) audibility excpet at very low rpm. Prior to pulleying it up it was audible to maybe 1,500-2,000rpm. Could be the same phenomenon.
