I did...

What I did was this: I bought 2 90* elbows from a truck parts store and I soldered them together... I then used the rubber "connectors" and then I used a 90* 3.5" PVC elbow with a male end and a female end on the other side... Later I used a tube and drilled necessary holes... I used PVC glue (very important) and it has been working fine since!!!

Total cost??? ~80 since the 90* elbows where $28 each. I will probably change to metal later on, but so far so good.

Okay... I was thinking that the whole thing could be made from PCV... how do you seal it properly??? PCV glue, RTV, teflon tape? I need more info =)

It's basically just putting together the right combination of bends right?

I made one with PVC and a couple of rubber boots at both ends. Gained 1 lb of boost and it was only about $15.00

Where did you get the rubber boots from? We are talking about replacing the "dryer" hose before the S/C, correct?
