May be Keith Black hypereutectics. Not necessarily best for high boost applications. Can we assume your 383 is an LT1?
The thread is old but the posts above mention ProCharger and Vortech centrifugal superchargers. Not much has changed over the years. Which is best is debatable. What size depends on what boost level you're looking for. The more boost, the more you need to spend on rotating assembly, transmission, and rear axle assembly upgrades.

A stock, normally aspirated LT1 block and rotating assemble can support 500 HP at the flywheel. The key words there are "normally aspirated". Will not reliably support 500 HP with nitrous, turbos, or supercharger.
If your LT1 is a 383 build, the rotating assembly is not stock. If someone used an Eagle cast 3.75" stroker crank for example, even that may not support 500 HP normally aspirated. They are known to break.
The LT1 block however is extremely durable. I've seen one making 1,125 supercharged HP torn down, and no issues at all with the block. It was a Corvette LT1 bock, with 4-bolt mains. F-Body LT1's are 2-bolt mains.

The Hawks ad I found is packages that fit the LS1 series engines used in the 1998-2002 F-Bodies. Is this it?
https://www.hawksmotorsports.com/performance-packages/
Completely different engine than the LT1. Very few parts are interchangeable, definitely not the heads. The LS1 is referred to as a 5.7L engine, but the displacement is 346ci. The packages using 5.3L heads in the 500 & 550 HP kits refers to using ported heads off a 5.3L LSx truck engine. Can’t put those (or any other LSx heads) on an LT1.

I looked on Hawks motorsports web site and they have decent performance packages. For 500 to 550 without a super charger. But ported 5.3l Cylinder heads? Don't they mean. 5.7 liter? Or they just using 5.3 as a example? I'm kinda confused on that because my motor is 5.7 not 5.3.
